There are sixty-six tubes in this piece. The content of each tube has been carefully chosen. Each is special to me for some reason; from the curls of hair clipped from my son`s head to the flower-spikes of Marram grass collected from a Gower dune. Sometimes the place where the tube content was gleaned is important, sometimes it is the content itself. A number of the tubes refer to other Constructions. The accompanying document listing the contents is an integral part of the work.
