A Construction of driftwood and junk timber. The adjustable “totems” are shipwreck fragments delivered by the Atlantic ocean. The female figure ignores the little phallic piece of driftwood and regards the totems with disdain. The over-arching skull-like piece unifies the work. This Construction is rich in resonances, but has an appearance of calm simplicity.
